I placed my order today. How long until it arrives?

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. Shipping then takes 2-3 business days via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Please note, all deliveries are subject to slight delays during extremely busy periods.

Where is my order?

Please use the tracking number provided to locate your order. If you are experiencing trouble locating your package, please get in touch and we are happy to help resolve this issue. 

 

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed? 


If you wish to cancel/amend your order, you must contact us during the fulfillment process.   Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For additional support, visit Shipping, Returns and Exchanges or contact us. 



Do you ship outside the UK? 

Currently we only ship within the UK, however we're working on expanding our shipping zones!

 

I am not sure which texture or length is best for me. How do I decide?

 This depends on a few factors, one being your natural hair texture. Check out our product descriptions to see if the texture sounds like one that can be blended with your natural hair.

You should also consider your overall desired look. If you want a more natural vibe, we recommend lengths 14" to 18", whereas lengths greater than 18" if you want that 'wow' factor! 

Another consideration is time and maintenance. Longer lengths will require more time in regards to aftercare, styling etc. Additionally, similarly to natural curly hair, curly textures may require more maintenance in order to prevent tangling.

Can my extensions be dyed, bleached and heat styled?

 The simple answer is yes. As our extensions are made from 100% human hair, they behave in the same way as your own hair, therefore can be cut, washed, dyed, bleached and styled using heat. However, the risks of damage that apply to your natural hair, also apply to your hair extensions. Excessive dyeing and bleaching or incorrect technique can cause damage to your extensions. Therefore we advise that you have the hair professionally dyed/bleached if you want a colour change. 

The same can be said for heat styling. Excessive use of heat tools can cause damage to your extensions overtime. Always use heat protectant when applying heat.

*Please note: we advise against the use of heat on curly textures. Although they will respond well to heat tools, there is no guarantee that they will revert back to their original curl pattern. If you'd like a straighter texture, we recommend purchasing our Kinky Straight or Yaki Straight extensions. Find our Hair Care page for more information. 

How long will my extensions last me? 


As our extensions are made with virgin human hair, they are designed to last up to 1-2 years with proper care. Check out our Hair Care page for more advice on maintenance. 

 

Where is my hair coming from? 

The hair is sourced in its raw form from a variety of different countries, including Brazil, Thailand, India and Vietnam. It is then steam processed to create the desired textures/curl patterns. For more information, head over to About Our Products.
