Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Human hair extensions are considered a hygiene product. Therefore, due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or exchanges. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue.
